STUDENT DESIGN INSTITUTE: FILM EDUCATION PROGRAM: Unique Marketing for Film Summer Intensive Program, designed to expose diverse high school creatives to the world of inclusive marketing for films. Launched pilot program. July 2021

LATINO STAND-UP COMEDY COMPETITION: Designed to support emerging talent and increase awareness and representation of Latino voices in the comedy industry.

Launched comedy competition. September 2019

LATINX SHORT FILM COMPETITION: Showcase, nurture and support emerging filmmakers, as well as support culturally inclusive films and creatives that represent true American diversity.

Launched film competition. November 2019

LPZ CINETECH MENTORSHIP: Engaging students through the moving image. Launched first student festival screening + mentorship program. Sept. 2017- September 2019

 

HBO EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP: Co-chair & Advisor to Latino resource group tasked to bring opportunities to employees.  Launched successful Speed-Mentoring program.
